March madness is in full effect but the NCAA says less than two percent of men and women will play at the professional level.

Here at home, some student-athletes may not have a plan b in place. For A.J. Rompza, a former professional basketball in Venezuela, the need for a new career became a reality after a broken foot sidelined his career.

Former New Orleans Saints wide receiver, Kyle Prater, also suffered from multiple injuries that cost him the opportunity to play.

Both used their setbacks to discover new talents. Now, they hope to inspire Chicago youth to explore other talents and passions outside of sports.
