Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and even though we hear about it in the media, there’s still stigma attached. One half of all chronic mental illness begins by age 14—and a whopping 450 million people worldwide are currently living with these disorders…so why is it often ignored? Here to tell us why were psychologist Robert Heller and Stella Kalfas, CEO of the Mental Health Association of Greater Chicago.
