Thank God for You and Me in the morning. Thanks to my wife for turning me on to this morning show. It gets my day off to a very postivie start. The only time I have to switch channels is to get the traffic, but I come right back. The recipes are fantastic esp. the Kale segment. Thanks Jean for telling white folks about greens. I still like them cooked with Turkey wings (I prefer the ham hocks but my wife says no) and she is an excellent cook esp her carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Really everything she cooks taste good and is healthy. I just wanted to write and tell you I love your show. PS. You need traffic reports at least once in awhile.
