As far as the CTA Rail Operater is concerned, does she have a lawsuit against CTA. She's on what they call "the board". You don't know until 6 pm the night before what your schedule will be no matter what time your shift was the previous day. And you must call in. Sometimes you don't get through for an hour or so. Many bus operaters have accidents from falling asleep behind the wheel because of this scheduling issue. It would be different if you had a different route but the same time frame everyday. However, it doesn't work that way. I had to leave CTA due to this and my body still hasn't recovered a year later. We want to work but we have sleep deprivation. DANGEROUS FOR BUS OPERATORS!! LOOK INTO THE PASS SCHEDULES, PLEASE.
