With the weather slowly approaching, Chicago summers trend to bring on violence, and Chicago’s most vulnerable youth are caught in the middle. Taal Hasak Lowy, Executive Director of Friends of the Children of Chicago was here to talk about how she is helping to break the cycle of generational violence.
