Puerto Rico T-Shirt Harrassment | Man Facing Hate Crime Charges
The man who harassed a woman at a Chicago area park - for wearing a Puerto Rican flag shirt is now facing felony hate crime charges. Timothy Trybus was arrested Thursday by a Cook County Forest Preserve district police officer. The officer seen in the video however, who ignored the woman's request for help, has since resigned from his position.
