Dining Out For Life: Your meal could help support local HIV/AIDS service organizations
There are millions of people across the United States suffering from HIV/AIDS. Test Positive Aware Network (TPAN) is striving to save lives and empower those affected by this disease. TPAN is bringing their Dining Out For Life fundraiser back to Chicago on April 26, 2018.
This fundraiser takes place in over 62 cities and raises money exclusively for local HIV/AIDS service organizations. It is easy to participate. All you have to do is dine at one of the participating restaurants around the city on Thursday, April 26. The restaurant will donate a portion of the meal's cost to TPAN.
Last year, TPAN helped more than 750 people at their Edgewater location and reached thousands more through outreach programs in underserved communities. With more participation, they could extend their services further. So, dine out for a good cause. Here is a list of the participating restaurants. For more information, click here.
