Famed Brooklyn pizzeria Roberta's will be serving pies all weekend at a Chicago pop-up
Let settle the score. Chicago pizza is the best, period. However, if you want to even the score a bit and try another tasty pizza style, stop by Dusek's and try one Brooklyn's most popular pizzas.
According to Eater Chicago, Roberta's will be hosting a pop-up eatery at Dusek's, the restaurant in Thalia Hall, located 1227 W. 18th Street. On Saturday and Sunday, Roberta's will be serving four diffrent pizzas including their "orginal" and a special Chicago pie. This popular New York eatery has been around for 10 years and was recognized on Eater NY's Essential 38 list. Now, will there be a permanet location opening in Chicago?
Brandon Hoy, co-founder of Roberta's, was quoted saying, "Baby steps here, baby steps. Let’s see how people like the pop-up first."
Pizza will be served starting at 4PM on Saturday and from 11AM–4PM on Sunday, while supplies last.
