Chicago Police Officer Organizes Safe Space
Jennifer Maddox went above and beyond her call of duty when she noticed a need for a youth safe space in the Parkway Gardens Apartments. She now has her own after-school program called 'Future Ties' youth program keeping young children both safe and educated.
