Green Upgrade in Gary, Indiana
Years of flooding did some serious damage to Gary, Indiana's City Hall. Not only penetrating eight layers of roofing but also seeping into council chambers and administrative offices. Thanks to some eco-thinking and a green thumb though, the city's historic landmark has been preserved and helping save on city cleanup.
