Our Favorite Moments of 2019
It's the last day of 2019 and so we are counting down our favorite moments of the past year as one decade gives way to another!
While it's hard to pick out just a few of the amazing things that happened this past year we gave it our best shot below.
Talking With Judge Greg Mathis
Judge Mathis is one of the longest-running courtroom shows on daytime television and The Jam's Brandon Pope got a chance to chat with the man behind the gavel!
See the interview here and check out behind the scenes photos from the Judge Mathis set here.
Brandon Pope Meets The Stars
But Brandon Pope didn't stop there - The Jam's reporter interviewed a whole host of stars in 2019! From the cast of Nancy Drew to Supernatural's Jensen Ackles and visiting the cast of Black Lightning in Atlanta, you could say Brandon had a busy year!
Real Chicagoans Continue To Inspire Us
The Jam spotlights some of the amazing individuals who live right here in Chicago in a segment called Real Chicagoans. Whether it's an artist helping put the Chicago art scene on the map, a Chicagoan stepping up for his community or someone providing haircuts for the homeless, everywhere you look Chicagoans are helping make our city a better place.
Tamron Hall Comes Home To Chicago!
Before the start of her new show, the TV Queen returned to Chicago to sit down with The Jam to dish on motherhood, baby Moses and how Chicago helped shape her career.
Reflecting On The Final Seasons of Arrow and Supernatural
While we aren't ready to say goodbye just yet to Arrow or Supernatural, the stars of The CW's hit shows ending next year took a moment to reflect on the end of the road. See Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki dish on the final season of Supernatural here and Stephen Amell talk about the conclusion of Arrow here.
Our Viewer's Generosity
Between donating more than 37,000 meals to the Greater Chicago Food Depository and 3,000 pairs of shoes to those in need, whenever we asked you delivered in a major way this year Chicago. Thank you for your continued support in helping neighbors in need at home and abroad.
Thank you for being a part of our 2019. We can't wait to share the next decade with you as well!
